Delete your ColdOpen account

ColdOpen is made by Awayish LLC. You can delete your account and its data yourself at any time, without contacting us.

In the app

  1. Open ColdOpen and sign in.
  2. On Home, tap the gear to open Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

On the website

  1. Sign in at getcoldopen.com.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Use Delete account and confirm.

By email

Can't sign in? Email hello@getcoldopen.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will do it by hand.

What is deleted

  • Your account and profile, including your name, email address and profile photo.
  • Your practice sessions, transcripts, scores and self-assessments.
  • Your usage history.
  • The audio recordings of your calls, which are removed from storage shortly after the account is deleted.
  • If you were the last member of your organization, the organization and its records are deleted too.

What is kept

Backups and audit logs may hold a copy of deleted data for longer, for disaster recovery and security. They are not reachable from the app or the website. If you want your data purged from every system right away, email hello@getcoldopen.com and we will handle it by hand.
